FUNDATIA SKY with EL-SU Foundation Switzerland have provided horse owners in the area, a mobile clinic by offering professional help (free) to these animals exploited and considered mere tools of work. Despite animal protection laws, the authorities have not been and are not interested in sanctioning acts of abuse perpetrated on horses, thus making our mission even harder.
